His core areas of expertise lie in strategic and operational management across the entire value chain, sustainability coaching and end-to-end supply chain management, as well as process development, process optimisation and transformation.

He focuses on building robust, future-proof platforms and translating complex requirements into high-performance systems using modern technologies and clean architectures.

He stands for pragmatic solutions, high quality standards, and the continuous evolution of the technological foundation, enabling innovative products and reliable digital services with interdisciplinary teams.

As co-founder and managing director of netwyk.com, Henning has more than 30 years of experience in IT, process design, and business management. Successful projects are the result of teams that keep the big picture in mind, take responsibility, and consistently implement effective solutions.

As an interim manager, he has led IT projects in large and medium-sized companies, optimized processes, established standards, and led interdisciplinary teams.

As a practice-oriented executive, he delivers reliable results and also serves as an honorary judge at the Administrative Court of Cologne.
